At its core, the LLM program provides students with knowledge of the fundamental principles of international law and the current rules that govern their application.

Students are exposed to practical applications of negotiating skills and to different methods of international dispute settlement.

It provides core training in US law for foreign attorneys and law graduates with an option to take a state bar examination. Alternatively, interested students may opt to concentrate in a particular area of US law. This means that the student may have out-of-pocket costs.

Try other school. The Golden Gate University is the four oldest private universities in California but its structure has always kept a modern touch.

The Student Center used to be a South Market warehouse that was transformed into a six-story building of 50, square foot and this building houses the Registrar Office, the Admissions Office, the Financial Aid Office along with the bookstore and Conference Center.

The Allyne Building is where the MBA courses are held and is also a six-story building in which the first floor houses the University Library that provides materials and services to support learning and instruction at GGU. The East Wing Plaza was an antiquated space within the school that was also renovated to create offices for the Information Technology Department and the Building Services Department.

Unfortunately the GGU does not offer on-campus housing; however, the university partners with San Francisco Student Housing to provide affordable housing within walking distance of campus. SFS Housing offers two options for housing including Garden Cottages which are apartment-style or furnished double rooms, triples and quads. The Garden Cottages can accommodate up to seven residents and they offer a fully equipped kitchen, private bathrooms and private entrances.

The doubles, triples and quads offer a little less space for a more affordable price and come with chair and desk. The learning experience at GGU is great.

GGU is angled toward working professionals who were unable to take full advantage of the traditional college route. Students claim that the university has very nice and experienced team of faculty members and that they are very helpful.
