How fast is zara shipping

Huge clothing corporations crank out new pieces of clothing to keep up with current fashion trends, resulting in gross consumerism and waste. They also rely on unethical labor practices to mass-produce said clothing for dirt cheap so that girls like me can sit at their desk and alternate between online shopping and texting.

But I have one question for you: if fast fashion is so "fast," then why am I still waiting for my Zara order to arrive? Four days ago, my little thumbs moved at the speed of light, tapping away on the Zara for iPhone app.

By the time I had enough mock-neck oatmeal-colored knit sweaters in my cart to dress a small village, I pressed "submit order" and let the thrill of being a walking contradiction a socialist who loves to purchase wash over me. According to the American newspaper Wall Street Journal, the brand is soon to roll out a new system to ship online orders directly from stores.

Sometimes, a given product is out of stock online, but available in a store. In addition to accelerating the delivery of packages, this change will help Zara to manage its inventory more effectively. According to Wall Street Journal, the new system will be launched by the end of the year and is set to involve 2, Zara stores around the world. Pls Shawn if you are reading this give them back.

The worst customer service! I have been waiting over a month for a refund and have called multiple times and chatted only to get a bs answer.

During one of the chats as well the person "helping" me left the chat in the middle of the conversation. I am beyond upset and will never be purchasing something from here again.

The new release this season is totally my fav! I bought the shirt two weeks ago and looks great. Already a fan! Seams puckered due to uneven shrinkage. Washing instructions are unintelligible symbols, but Zara customer service determined it was not their fault and refused to assume any responsibility.

The customer service process took over 2 weeks and included 3 chat sessions that terminated prematurely on their end, and 2 calls several days after promised callback timeline. Terrible quality product, even worse customer service. I love zara clothes because of stile they made collection by collection the bad thing is that they have to concentrate on quallity more.

The clothing is good quality and the beauty line is also as good. The beauty line is so underrated and deserves more recognition. Zara is just missing the opportunity here to push it more but trying to showcase any of their products on their website is a major issue. Their website is archaic and horrific to navigate. I never purchased anything from their website just because it looks like nothing would work.

You have to traverse through numerous pages to get to the products. Just view the website, you hit a homepage that literally has nothing on it. Then, you have to click to get in to the main content of the site. The main content you land on has nothing to do with any of their products which they should be focusing on. The stores are fine, never had an issue in one. The layout and merchandised displays are well presented. The employees in the location where I shop are nice and helpful.

Kudos to the store level presentation which is an eye freshener compared to their online presence. Zara as a company needs to reevaluate a few things, revamp their website and push their cosmetic line more aggressive. If things don't change, it's just an average brand to consumers.

Tip for consumers: Their cosmetic line is underrated. If you haven't tried any of their beauty line products, I recommend doing so. I have procured a pair of leopard pattern light fabric pants which fit perfectly and look gorgeous. Love them a lot. Ill sizing. Unhelpful exchange service during covid. No one answers their phones after holding for hours. And this was me trying to make sure an item was available for exchange at a specific store before I drove there.

Honestly, I love Zara. They have some of the best basics and amazing quality jeans. I purchased two pairs of their Mom Fit Jeans and I am in love. Shipping was super quick, only 6 business days. I did a quick video review to show you the jeans and my thoughts. Hope this helps make your decision easier. For reference, my dimensions are: lbs, 5'4,25in waist I purchased the jeans in size 2.

I won't order online from Zara anymore. They sent me pants with a gaping hole in the leg. I physically took them into the store 40 mins away from where I live and the manager saw the pants and told me I would have to go through the process online.

Their customer service staff aren't on the same page and luckily, I took a picture before I sent them back with the shipping label they gave me because they were just going to refund me and not send me a pair that weren't damaged as I had asked.

I was told by the first rep that as soon as I sent the package, my order would be shipped to me. I called today to check and spoke to a rude customer service individual who recognized himself as a supervisor.

I have been given the run around. I understand that it's the holiday season, but this is really ridiculous. I am still waiting on a response as to whether or not I will get a pair thats not damaged. Ordered a gift in mid march on line. It didn't work out but i couldn't pick item up from recipient and return until August due to the pandemic. She could not return herself within 30 days because of her age, and covid.

They refused to accept return even though their stores were closed. No refund, no exchange, no store credit. Done with Zara, there are too many other stores with great customer service that would be happy to have business, especially now.

My year-old daughter ordered some clothes and they will not let me return them until they speak with her about her account even though my credit card was used to purchase these. I wish someone would sue them for this seems illegal. I purchased a dress and skirt for my daughter online. One item arrived ripped, and the the other began to tear after she wore it for a grand total of ONE times. That's sad. Also I recently read an article about how they don't even pay their employees fairly in the factory.

It's not like they are offering bargain bin prices so it is sad to see that they are heading downhill. I will not be buying her anymore clothing from here anymore unfortunately. They count the 30 day return window from the date it ships out but it takes 2 weeks to arrive!

My order is still not here yet. They use Fedex home delivery cross country snail shipping to go through each state and change trucks in between and always delay. But the 30 day return window is already ticking from the date they sent out my product. So, they are basically lying about the 30 day return because it's never 30 days.
